Henry Gillard Glindoni (1852 - 1913)
Henry Gillard Glindoni R.B.A. was an English painter in oil and watercolours noted for his historical genre scenes. Glindoni exhibited widely in London including at the Royal Academy, Royal Watercolour Society, Royal Society of British Artists as well as in Birmingham and Liverpool. Todays his works can be seen at the: Valence House Museum; Russell Cotes Art Gallery and Museum; Sunderland Museum and Winter Gardens; and The Welcome Collection.
