A fine watercolour and gouache painting of the Newcastle and District Beagles, and in the most pristine condition. Signed, dated and inscribed 'Tomm Carr 1956 Newcastle and District Beagles'. Depicted in the fields by, what is now, the Robin Hood Inn on the old Roman Military road above the Whittle Dene Reservoirs seen in the distance. Provenance: The Sporting gallery inc.
