This Scottish scene of Loch Vennacher is signed again, together with the location, on the reverse of the canvas. The 'N.B.' is of course 'North Britain', the early version of 'Scotland'. Vennacher is in the Trossachs region near Brig 'O'Turk, In untouched condition and with the original frame.
